DISCOVER THE ORIGINS OF LE PETIT BRETON, THE AUTHENTIC FRENCH CRÊPERIE BASED IN DUBLIN

A WORD FROM GREGORY AUTRET, CHEF AND OWNER OF LE PETIT BRETON

BRITTANY HERITAGE, DUBLIN SOUL.


I GREW UP IN A SMALL FISHING VILLAGE IN FINISTÈRE, WHERE FOOD WAS A WAY OF LIFE.

MY FATHER WAS A CHEF. MY MOTHER MADE CRÊPES IN HER FOOD HALL, USING A CHERISHED FAMILY RECIPE PASSED DOWN THROUGH GENERATIONS.

IN OUR HOME, FOOD WASN’T JUST SUSTENANCE — IT WAS LOVE, TRADITION, AND CELEBRATION.

AFTER STUDYING FOOD AND SETTLING IN DUBLIN, I REALISED THERE WAS SOMETHING I MISSED DEEPLY:

A TRUE BRETON CRÊPERIE. ONE THAT HONOURED ITS ROOTS, CELEBRATED ITS CRAFT, AND SHARED THE SOUL OF BRITTANY WITH A NEW HOME.

SO I CREATED ONE.

FROM FLOUR MILLED IN BRITTANY TO RECIPES PASSED DOWN THROUGH FOUR GENERATIONS,

EVERY CRÊPE WE SERVE CARRIES THE SOUL OF TRADITION — AND A TOUCH OF IRELAND.
