Confiture Parisienne and Antoinette Poisson join forces thanks to the original creation of a jam. Antoinette Poisson was the name of the Pompadour, favorite of Louis XV. So what? And so, Louis XV had ordered for her the tastiest dessert conceivable from her best pastry chefs.
It was the "Brights of Love," a cake with in its heart the best jam ever imagined at the time. The secret was forgotten since the Well of Love is now made with pastry cream. Forgotten until the Parisian Confiture found the secret of this wonderful recipe, which had never been updated since Louis XV.
