OUR WINES
A red wine from the village of Beaumes de Venise in the southern Rhône Valley, made by Grandes Serres. A Rhône blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, with aromas of red fruits, raspberry and blackcurrant, violet and a touch of chocolate and rosemary.
Warm and generous, it goes well with meats in sauce, roast pork with prunes, and dishes with a sweet-and-sour touch. It's also good with a cheese board or a Christmas roast.
Serve at 16-18°C. Contains sulphites.
A red Bordeaux from Lalande-de-Pomerol, just north of Pomerol on the Right Bank, made by Vignobles Garzaro. The appellation is known for rich, rounded reds built mainly on Merlot.
A wine for a Christmas table or a special dinner. Serve it with roast beef, lamb, duck, game or a mature cheese board.
Serve at 16-18°C. Contains sulphites.
A red wine from the Loire Valley, made by the winegrowers Alain and Véronique Assadet in the Menetou-Salon appellation, near Sancerre. Reds from this appellation are made from Pinot Noir, which gives a light, fruity and elegant style, closer to Burgundy than to a heavy red.
A good wine for a Christmas table when you want something lighter than a Bordeaux. Serve it with roast chicken or turkey, duck, charcuterie, mushroom dishes or soft cheeses.
Serve at 14-16°C, slightly cool. Contains sulphites.
A red wine from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, one of the best-known appellations of the southern Rhône Valley, made by Grandes Serres. The name and the papal keys on the bottle recall the village's history as the summer home of the popes of Avignon.
Wines from this appellation are usually full-bodied and warm, built on Grenache with other Rhône grapes. A good choice for a Christmas dinner or a special gift.
Serve it with roast beef, lamb, game, duck or a strong cheese board.
Serve at 16-18°C. Contains sulphites.
A red wine from Gigondas, an appellation in the southern Rhône Valley, aged in old oak foudres, the large casks that give structure and gentle oak influence without heavy vanilla flavours.
A full, warm red for a Christmas table. Serve it with roast beef, lamb, game, stews or a strong cheese board.
Serve at 16-18°C. Contains sulphites.
A Malbec from Cahors in south-west France, the historic home of the grape. The name "Malbec de Silice" points to the silica-rich soils the vines grow on, and the label's textured band is meant to echo that soil.
Cahors Malbec is known for deep colour and firm, structured reds, so it suits hearty food. Serve it with roast beef, duck, lamb, stews, sausages or a strong cheese board.
Serve at 16-18°C. Contains sulphites.
A red wine from Cairanne, a village in the southern Rhône Valley, from Grandes Serres' Haute Culture range. It comes from three named vineyard sites (lieux-dits): Les Enregades, Les Coustias and La Ridel.
It's a limited release, numbered HC-963 and bottled as 8,198 bottles, so each bottle is part of a small batch.
A warm Rhône red for a Christmas dinner. Serve it with roast meats, game, stews, charcuterie or a mature cheese board.

A classic Champagne blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. It spends at least 36 months ageing on the lees in historic cellars about 15 metres underground, which gives it its fine, persistent bubbles and a rich finish.
Gold with silver highlights, with floral notes, fresh fruit, brioche and vanilla. Crisp and light on the palate, with a generous finish.
Serve at 6-10°C, as an aperitif or with seafood, soft cheeses and desserts. A good Christmas gift.
